RETURN POLICY:

Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Our collections are made of preloved or vintage items that may show signs of wear or slight flaws. We will do our absolute best to describe each item, therefore please make sure to read item descriptions before placing your order. 

LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY: 

If you live in Prince George(or Vanderhoof), please make sure to select LOCAL PICK UP at check out. The pick up address and details will be emailed to you once your ordered is received. 

CANADA/USA DELIVERY POLICY: 

All items ship from Prince George, BC CANADA. Please give us 3-5 business days to process your order. All orders will aim to ship weekly on Fridays. 

All duties and taxes charged by customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded or reimbursed by THE PENNY.
